Polybags, hangtags, barcode labels, color stickers and retail presentation.
Master cartons, carton marks, carton quantity, weight and CBM information.
Forwarder contact, trade terms, cargo ready date and pickup arrangement.
Packing list, commercial invoice information and retailer or warehouse requirements.

Yes, if the packing ratio is confirmed before production packing. Mixed-color or mixed-style cartons should have clear carton marks and internal SKU separation so warehouse teams can count and receive goods without confusion.
We can review your retailer or warehouse packing guide and discuss what can be prepared. Final packing details should be confirmed before bulk packing starts, because barcode, label, carton and pallet requirements can affect labor and cost.
Clear export carton information helps avoid warehouse confusion and shipment delays.

Yes. We can coordinate with your nominated forwarder or shipping partner on cargo ready date, carton information, pickup arrangement and factory-side loading details based on the agreed trade term.
FOB with your nominated forwarder and EXW factory pickup are common arrangements. CIF or other terms can be discussed per order. The final arrangement depends on destination, cargo volume, forwarder setup and agreed quotation terms.
KSSIA is a bag factory, not a customs broker or freight forwarder. Destination customs clearance is normally handled by the buyer or their shipping partner. We can provide factory-side packing information and basic export document details according to agreed terms.
No factory should guarantee international shipping time without the carrier or forwarder confirming space and schedule. We can confirm cargo ready timing and coordinate factory-side handover, while vessel, flight, customs and destination delivery timing depend on the shipping arrangement.
Packing and shipping run smoother when requirements are clear before production finishes.
