01 · SAMPLES

Sample Support

A physical sample is how serious B2B projects start. Here’s how our sample policy actually works.

Qualified B2B projects may be eligible for sample support. For eligible projects, one sample may be provided free of sample charge, while international express shipping is covered by the buyer. Complex custom samples, multiple styles or special materials may require separate confirmation. Share your bag type, quantity and target market, and we’ll confirm what applies to your project before any work begins.

A sample based on an existing style is usually faster than a fully custom reference sample once details are confirmed. Regular sample development is usually within 7 days after style, materials, logo, packing and shipping details are confirmed. Complex custom structures, special materials or multiple sample styles may require a longer schedule, which we confirm before sampling.

Bag type or reference image, target quantity, target market, material or color direction, logo file if branding is needed, and your shipping contact. Incomplete is fine — we flag what’s missing rather than waiting.

Yes — revision is a normal step, not a problem. Send clear sample comments, and we confirm the revision scope and any related cost before reworking.

02 · NUMBERS

MOQ & Pricing

Minimums and prices depend on what you’re making — here’s how to get real numbers instead of ranges.

There is no single MOQ — it depends on the bag style, materials and customization level. Stock-material styles with simple branding start lower; custom-dyed fabrics and mold-based accessories carry per-item minimums. Tell us your target quantity and we’ll confirm directly whether it’s workable, and if not, what would make it workable.

Send your bag type or reference image, quantity, target market and customization needs such as logo, materials and packing. Quotes built on complete information are more reliable. We usually reply within 24 hours with a practical first response based on your project details.

Often, yes — if we hear it early. A target price shared before sampling shapes material grade, structure and accessory choices from the start. We map your number against the real cost drivers and tell you plainly whether it’s reachable, reachable with trade-offs, or unrealistic — with the gap explained, not papered over.

Main fabric and its weight, structure complexity, pocket count, accessory grade, logo method and positions, then packing level — and quantity across all of it. The same design can land at meaningfully different prices depending on these choices.

03 · CUSTOM

Customization

Logos, fabrics, colors, accessories, packaging — what can change, and what it takes.

Logo application, fabric and color selection, accessory choices from zippers to webbing, and branded retail packaging. You can customize one element on an existing style or build a fully customized bag — most buyers land in between.

Yes — that’s the fastest route to a branded product. Existing styles are already pattern-tested and costed, so branding them avoids development cost and shortens sampling. You approve a digital mockup, then a physical sample, before bulk.

Pantone codes are matched through lab dips for custom-dyed fabric, thread charts for embroidery and print proofs for artwork — all approved physically before production, because screens do not show color reliably. Custom-dyed colors carry fabric minimums per color; stock colors avoid them.

Recycled material directions such as RPET can be discussed based on your project requirements, including available certification support and documentation. Availability and pricing are confirmed per project before sampling.

04 · PRODUCTION

Production & Quality

What happens between your approval and your goods — and how consistency is kept at scale.

Bulk production time depends on quantity, structure, material availability, customization and packing requirements. For regular orders, bulk production is usually around 20 days after sample approval and order details are confirmed. Larger quantities, complex workmanship, custom materials or special packing may require a longer confirmed schedule.

The approved sample plus written specs become the fixed production reference. Materials are checked against it before cutting, workmanship during sewing, and finished goods before packing — checks happen at the step where problems start, not just at the end.

Yes. Finished goods inspection covers appearance, measurements, function and packing, with defective pieces sorted for correction or replacement before cartons seal. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged according to buyer requirements, and if third-party inspection is required, it can be coordinated according to your arrangement. Structured checking reduces risk, but it should not be presented as a zero-defect promise.

That’s what retained samples and records are for: repeat production is checked against the same reference as the original run, and if materials changed between seasons, we raise it before production rather than let you discover it at receiving.

05 · LOGISTICS

Packing & Shipping

Getting bags onto shelves and through warehouses takes more than a carton — here’s what we prepare.

Yes — polybags, hangtags, barcode labels, color stickers, inner cartons and marked master cartons, prepared according to your provided packing requirements. Where your retailer or warehouse has a receiving guide, packing can be discussed and prepared based on it. Barcode and label files should be provided by the buyer when required.

Yes, on an agreed ratio per carton, with the assortment printed on the carton mark and stickers separating SKUs inside — so assorted cartons stay countable without opening polybags.

FOB with your nominated forwarder and EXW factory pickup are common arrangements; CIF or other terms can be discussed per order. We coordinate directly with your forwarder or shipping partner on carton data, cargo ready dates and pickup — but we’re a bag factory, not a freight forwarder, and customs and destination clearance are normally handled by the buyer or their shipping partner.

Commercial invoice and packing list information can be prepared according to agreed terms, with carton marks to your required format. Final document requirements vary by destination and should be confirmed by the buyer or forwarder.

06 · FACTORY

Company & Factory

Who you’re dealing with, and how to check.

KSSIA is a B2B custom casual bag factory focused on lightweight everyday categories — backpacks, mini backpacks, totes, travel, duffel, drawstring, cosmetic and crossbody bags — for wholesale, retail, private label, trading company and promotional buyers. We produce these categories daily, not occasionally.

Production resources are mainly based in Guangdong, China, with additional production arrangements discussed according to project needs. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment where applicable, and if you cannot travel, production photos or video calls can be discussed at agreed stages.

Both. Entry-level private label lines and first orders are normal business for us — what matters is a clear project: bag type, quantity, target market and price direction. Many larger accounts start with one modest order.

You can request production-floor photos or videos, arrange a factory visit or video call where applicable, and check whether our technical answers about materials, processes and costs are specific. A real production partner should be willing to explain how your bag will actually be made.
