PICK YOUR TOPIC

What Can Be Customized?

Start with the part of the bag you want to adjust. Each topic below links to the questions buyers usually ask first.

Logo & Private Label

Printing, embroidery, woven labels, hangtags and branded packaging.

Fabric & Color

Nylon, polyester, canvas, mesh, lining, stock colors and custom color direction.

Accessories

Zippers, pullers, buckles, webbing, straps, hooks and hardware.

Retail Packing

Polybags, barcode labels, hangtags, stickers, inner cartons and export cartons.

01 · BRANDING

Logo & Private Label Questions

Branding is often the fastest way to turn an existing style into your own product.

Yes. This is often the fastest and most cost-efficient route. Existing styles are already pattern-tested and costed, so you can adjust logo, label, color direction and packing without developing a new structure from zero.

Common methods include screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, woven labels, rubber or PVC patches, metal badges, debossing and all-over printing. The right method depends on fabric, logo detail, color, order quantity and target cost.

Yes. Woven labels, printed care labels, hangtags, barcode labels and branded zipper pullers can be discussed as part of a private label package.

For branded projects, we strongly recommend sample approval before bulk production. The sample helps confirm logo size, position, color, fabric reaction and overall brand effect.

02 · MATERIALS

Fabric & Color Questions

Material and color decisions affect cost, hand feel, MOQ, durability and retail positioning.

In many cases, yes. Nylon, polyester, canvas, mesh, lining and recycled material directions can be discussed based on the bag type and target market. Final feasibility depends on structure, quantity and available material routes.

Pantone color matching can be discussed for custom-dyed fabrics or printed artwork. Physical lab dips or sample approval are important because screen colors do not always reflect real fabric color.

Often, yes. Custom-dyed fabrics are usually controlled by fabric supplier minimums. If you need a lower MOQ, available stock colors may be a more practical starting point.

Recycled material options such as RPET can be discussed based on project requirements, certification needs and material availability. Documentation and pricing are confirmed per project before sampling.

03 · COMPONENTS

Accessories & Packing Questions

Small components can change daily use, cost, durability and how the product is received by retailers or warehouses.

Yes. Zipper type, puller style, webbing width, buckle material, hook type and hardware finish can be reviewed based on the bag’s daily use, target cost and brand position.

Yes, but custom molded pullers, rubber patches or metal badges may require tooling and higher minimums. Standard accessories with simpler branding are usually more flexible.

Yes. Polybags, hangtags, barcode labels, color stickers, inner cartons and marked master cartons can be prepared according to your provided packing requirements.

We can review your retailer or warehouse packing guide and discuss what can be prepared before shipment. Barcode files, label formats and carton mark requirements should be provided by the buyer when required.

CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE

Do You Need Full Custom Development?

Not every project needs a new bag from zero. Many B2B orders start from an existing style and customize only the parts that matter for the buyer’s market.

Start From Existing Style

Best for buyers who need faster sampling, lower development risk and clearer pricing.

Adjust Materials and Branding

Useful when the structure is right but the product needs your color, logo, trims or packing.

Develop a New Reference Design

Suitable when your target market requires a structure not available in existing styles.

Confirm With Sample First

Recommended before bulk production so style, material, logo, accessories and packing are approved together.

Yes, but full custom development may require pattern work, sample development, material testing and a longer confirmation process. We review the reference design first and confirm what is realistic.

Usually, yes. Some changes are simple; others affect material sourcing, tooling, labor, packing or supplier minimums. We explain the cost and MOQ impact before sampling.

Regular sample development is usually within 7 days after style, materials, logo, packing and shipping details are confirmed. Full custom structures, special materials or multiple sample styles may require a longer confirmed schedule.
