urn Existing Casual Bag Styles Into Your Branded Products
KSSIA applies your logo, labels, trims and retail packaging to proven backpacks, totes, cosmetic bags and travel bags — so you launch a branded line with lower development cost and faster sampling.
Branding on Proven Styles, Not Development From Zero
Most private label bag projects do not need a new bag design. They need a reliable existing style with the right logo method, correct label placement and packaging that matches the brand. KSSIA starts from styles already in daily production, which keeps tooling cost low and sampling fast.
We review your logo artwork against the chosen bag’s fabric, color and surface area, then recommend the application method that balances brand effect, durability and unit cost at your target quantity.
Start From Production-Ready Styles
Choose from existing backpack, tote, drawstring, cosmetic, crossbody, duffel and travel bag styles that are already pattern-tested and costed.
Logo Method Matched to Fabric
Screen print on polyester behaves differently from embroidery on canvas. We confirm the method against your actual fabric and color before sampling.
Full Label & Trim Package
Woven labels, printed care labels, hangtags, branded zipper pullers and webbing can be combined into one consistent brand package.
Brand-Ready Packaging
Polybags with your artwork, branded hangtags, barcode labels and printed cartons prepared for retail shelves or e-commerce fulfillment.
LOGO APPLICATION METHODS
Eight Ways to Put Your Brand on a Bag
Each method suits different fabrics, logo styles and order quantities. We confirm the best fit during artwork review, and you approve the real effect on a physical sample.
01
Screen Printing
Flat, solid-color logos on polyester, nylon and canvas panels. Cost-effective at almost any quantity, with strong color coverage for 1–3 color artwork.

Complete the Brand Package Beyond the Logo
Branding is more than the front logo. These detail options make the bag read as a finished brand product on the shelf and in the customer’s hands.
Main Woven Brand Label
Damask or satin woven label with your logo, sewn at the front panel, pocket or interior — placement confirmed on the sample.
Care & Content Label
Printed care label with material content, origin and care symbols, prepared to your destination market’s labeling requirements.
Branded Hangtag
Printed hangtag with your artwork, attached by safety pin, string or plastic tab; barcode and price field options available.
Custom Zipper Pullers
Engraved metal, rubber or webbing pullers carrying your logo — one of the most visible daily-use brand touchpoints.
Branded Webbing & Straps
Jacquard-woven or printed logo webbing for handles and shoulder straps, matched to your brand colors.
Interior Branding
Printed lining, interior labels or brand patches inside the main compartment for a finished retail interior.
RETAIL PACKAGING OPTIONS
Packaging That Sells Your Brand, Not Just Protects the Bag
Choose the packaging level that matches your sales channel — from basic export polybags to full retail-ready presentation.
Printed Polybag
Self-seal polybag with your logo and warning print; the baseline option for wholesale and e-commerce shipments.
Hangtag + Barcode Set
Branded hangtag with EAN/UPC barcode sticker, ready for direct retail scanning at the destination.
Color / Size Stickers
Carton and polybag stickers identifying color and style for warehouse sorting and mixed-SKU orders.
Folding Box or Gift Box
Printed folding cartons for gift-level presentation — common for cosmetic bags and premium tote programs.
Branded Tissue & Inserts
Tissue wrap, thank-you cards or insert cards for private label brands shipping direct to consumers.
Printed Export Cartons
Outer cartons with your brand mark, carton contents and shipping marks formatted to your forwarder’s requirements.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT METHOD
How We Help You Choose a Branding Method
Before quoting, we review six factors against your artwork and chosen style. This avoids logo methods that look good on paper but fail on the actual fabric or budget.
FACTOR
WHAT WE CHECK
Logo artwork complexity
Number of colors, gradients, fine lines and minimum text size — this decides whether printing, embroidery or transfer is realistic.
Bag fabric and surface
Fabric type, coating and texture at the placement area — some methods need smooth, flat panels to apply cleanly.
Order quantity
Whether quantity supports mold-based options like rubber patches and metal badges, or favors no-tooling methods.
Target unit cost
Branding cost per piece for each method at your quantity, so the logo doesn’t break your retail price point.
Durability requirement
Expected daily use, washing and abrasion — school and travel bags need more durable branding than promotional totes.
Brand look and channel
Whether your channel expects subtle retail branding (labels, deboss) or strong visible branding (large print, patches).

POPULAR FOR PRIVATE LABEL
Bag Categories Buyers Brand Most Often
These categories carry logos well and are proven sellers in retail and wholesale private label programs.
Backpacks
Large front panels and webbing make backpacks the most flexible canvas for prints, patches and branded pullers.
What is the minimum order quantity for logo customization?
MOQ depends on the bag style and logo method. No-tooling methods like screen printing and woven labels start lower; mold-based options like rubber patches and metal badges need higher quantities to justify tooling. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what’s workable.
Can I see my logo on the bag before bulk production?
Yes. You first approve a digital mockup sheet, then a physical branded sample. Bulk production only starts after your sample approval.
What logo file format do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the most accurate result. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it — we can assess it and advise whether redrawing is needed.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
We match against Pantone codes for printing, thread charts for embroidery and lab dips for fabric. Exact appearance varies slightly by fabric and method, which is why the physical sample approval matters.
Will my designs and artwork be kept confidential?
Yes. Your artwork and customer information are used only for your project. We do not display client brands or designs without written approval, and we can sign an NDA if required.
Can different logo methods be combined on one bag?
Yes — common combinations include a printed front logo with branded zipper pullers and a woven label. We’ll confirm cost impact per added position at your quantity.
